I am an Art Therapist and a Register Counsellor with BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, I am trained in counseling psychology and in fine arts. In other words, art therapist are counselors that have an additional training in how to use art for therapy.
To graduate as an Art Therapist, I was required to have at least 700 hours of supervised practicum hours. This ensures that I have a deep and professional understanding in working with clients and ensures client safety when working with deep psychological issues.
My life passion is to facilitate healing in others and in myself. I can’t do the healing for you, but I can be present unconditionally while you go through your emotions and create healing for yourself.
My personal experiences with healing enable me to connect with clients on a profound level, offering empathy, encouragement, and tailored support. Together, we will use the transformative power of art to explore emotions, foster resilience, and achieve emotional well-being.

I can guide you through the incredible roller coaster of the parenting journey, offering my personal experience, and the knowledge I have gained through specific training and the years of working in the field.
Grief is the experience of coping with loss. Loss is not only from the death of a loved one, but from any event that disrupts or challenges your sense of normalcy, including the loss of relationships or connections that defines you. There are five stages of grief: Denial. Anger. Bargaining. Depression. Acceptance. Grief is not a linear process and there is not one right way to grieve.

If during childhood, you lived a range of experiences that are classified as Psychological trauma; these might have include neglect, abandonment, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, and physical abuse. During your childhood, you experience an event that was emotionally painful or distressful, which resulted in lasting mental and physical effects.
